Richard brings 16 years of cardiology expertise, leading clinical and commercial teams within the MedTech sector. He holds a BSc in Biology from the University of Manchester and an MSc in Physiology from the University of Oxford. Richard spent seven years at St. Jude Medical, focusing on the EP/CRM field, followed by an eight-year tenure at Acutus Medical, where he successfully launched an Electroanatomical mapping system across the UK and Europe. Recently, he was awarded a £1.5 million Biomedical Catalyst grant to develop a novel hybrid solution for treating patients with persistent atrial fibrillation.
